Production Line
SPC click floor production process
Extruding Workshop:
The wearlayer, decorated film and bottom SPC layers will be extruded together in this workshop.
UV coating workshop
The whole piece product will be coated with stain resistant and scratch resistant oil
Notching workshop
The whole piece will be cutted into standard small size and notched the click edge.
IXPE Adhesive Workshop
1mm or 1.5mm IXPE layer can be used at the back of the floor to achieve sound resistant.
R&D
We can print the decorated film by ourselves and be able to develop many new colors every year.
